Kickstart your Health:
The Key to Permanent
Weight Loss

Ready to be done with yo-yo dieting and calorie counting?
I sure was! In this series of classes, I'll share what I did to lose and keep a 40+ pound weight loss while eating a LOT of food during menopause! Not only did I learn how to eat for my overall health, I learned how to listen to my body and uncover my creative force. If that sounds like fun (it is!) then I hope you'll join me in this seven-class series.

What you'll learn:

  • Tips and tricks in the kitchen to make cooking easy and fun (even if you don't like cooking.)

  • How to keep the weight off without counting calories, dieting, or drugs

  • How to deal with cravings (really, they can be conquered!)

  • How to keep motivated when others around you aren't on board

  • The science around habit formation and how to use it to your advantage

  • Being part of  a community provides guidance and support each week of your journey

Based on the Physicians Committee’s successful 21-Day Kickstart book, this seven-class series guides participants on a journey toward healthy weight loss, healthy weight maintenance, and an overall healthful and sustainable diet. For some, this may be the first time that food choice is prioritized over restricting food amounts as a guiding principle to support long-term health. This is a lifesaving learning experience bolstered by delicious plant-based recipes that help to lower cholesterol, control diabetes, lower blood pressure, and even boost energy and mood. Each two-hour class features videos and a cooking demonstration, along with handouts of easy and affordable recipes participants can prepare at home.
